We build transparent, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships with our stakeholders as the basis to create value and endure over time. In 2021 we carried out a Perception Study that allowed us to understand how our stakeholders perceive the actions we implement, and thus align our objectives to generate value for them. This is how our stakeholders perceive us:

Banacol is the best known and admired business among the stakeholders as a result of the great track record in the region where it operates. Its leadership and contribution to the region and communities are valued by different actors. Likewise, its outreach management is underscored, which is directly related the GreenLand Foundation- FGL, which many still call Corbanacol.
There is no close knowledge about financial matters, but they state that the Company is strong as a result of the way it has impacted the region. Banacol is a brand that sparks trust, closeness, and a sense of belonging (particularly in the community and employees). Banacol is recognized as a great creator of formal jobs, and for its leaders and their commitment to the employees by acknowledging values such as respect, ethics, and solidarity. They perceive a legitimate interest of the business towards environmental issues and that the company worries about implementing good practices, highlighting the ongoing training employees receive on this matter.

During 2021 we implemented our Sustainability Policy, which is the framework for managing our businesses, and promotes an organizational culture in which all employees share and internalize the challenges we face with respect to this strategic pillar.
